Many times a case comes into the lab with no provisional or pre-operative cast. What are we to do?? This is critical information that will dictate the direction of the case. In these situations a wax try-in is essential. The try in will allow for Esthetic considerations as well as proper framework design. Since wax is the medium, all necessary changes can be made directly in the patients mouth.
